Really solid experience here. Carl, Chase and the rest of the crew were super nice and welcoming from the moment I drove up They honored a promise a former employee made after an issue last year, which I really appreciated. On top of doing great work efficiently, they took the time to chat and make connections while I waited. Definitely coming back next time

They do okay with the oil change, itself, but a messy job with reattaching the skid plates. They do not carry fasteners for all cars. If you BYOF, they might do ok. However, even after supplying my own, my front skid plate was dragging on the road and hanging by one bolt within 24 hours, last time. I didn't go right back and just removed it, but since the other plate still scrapes at any slight dent in the road, I brought it in several weeks later. They offered to charge me to fix it. If that kind of thing is OK with you, then go for it. I'm just tired of dealing with it and having to worry about my skid plates. Not sure if this is a trend, but I had a friend who recently had an oil change with another company. They did such a bad job with his skid plate that it crumpled when my friend drove over some railroad tracks. Fortunately for him, that company replaced it at no cost.

These guys are passionate about taking care of you. I can't express the gratitude i have for them and how they went way beyond their jobs to take care of my wife's vehicle. Thank you all and thank you" Chance carl" you and the boys that helped yesterday deserve recognition and employee of the month. We will now continue with your business as well as our family members.

I had a great experience at Express Oil Change, thanks to Carl! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and even put together a detailed quote without making me feel pressured. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about taking care of both you and your vehicle. Finding people you can trust with your car means a lot these days, and Carl definitely earned that trust. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend asking for him if you visit. Great service all around!

These guys (Delvin, Kalan, Chance, Chris) are AMAZING! At Starbucks this morning and heard a kitten, but didn’t see one. Then while filling up at Costco I heard the kitten again. Finally they were able to free the kitten that must have crawled under my car last night to stay warm. What an amazing display of Teamwork, persistence, and ingenuity!
